7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous actions is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to unauthorized individuals is also prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding weight or passenger limits, and operating outside agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization are strictly forbidden.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Restrictions
